Senior Salesforce Administrator

Mud City supports Emerging B2B technology companies construct their Outbound Sales motions, usually from scratch. We bring Sales Methodology, Customer Insights, Revenue Operations, Training and High Touch BDR Management together to ensure every BDR can deliver high-quality, predictable results that get our clients to their next growth milestone…quickly.

As our Senior Salesforce Administrator you will own all things Salesforce for Mud City who owns all things Outbound within our clients’ systems. We’re interested in candidates who have a strong point of view on how Salesforce should be implemented, configured, and maintained and someone who has a particular passion for crafting Outbound processes that create BDR efficiencies. Simultaneously, you must have a passion for documentation and education that allow that point of view to be seamlessly transferred to our clients throughout the course of our engagement.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as Mud City’s primary point of contact for all Salesforce implementations (including system purchase and license provisioning).
  • Establish and manage Mud City’s relationship with all systems contractors and develop a rigorous build vs. buy methodology that drives playbook innovation.
  • Support Mud City as we research the possibility of replicating our playbook within alternate CRMS (like Hubspot for example).
  • Develop & maintain data dictionaries, field maps, and broader systems documentation for all Mud City client instances.
  • Own Mud City’s dashboarding suite which serves as the point of reference for engagement progress internally and externally.
  • Serve as the primary systems administrator for our clients' Salesforce environments.
  • Monitor and manage the overall health of each client instance including (but not limited to) data quality, field utilization & process compliance, dashboard suite accuracy, regular QA and troubleshooting.
  • Research and find opportunities to better utilize Salesforce to advance Mud City’s mission.
  • Support Mud City’s proprietary Forecasting Methodology and ensure all necessary data inputs are grounding forecast assumptions.
  • Support Mud City Leadership in conducting crucial market analysis that support ideal BDR territory design.
  • Partner with Mud City’s Sales Engagement Systems Manager to ensure integrations and automations for tools like Outreach.io, Gong.io, Chorus.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoominfo are working as designed within each client instance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for Client Playbook improvement and work closely with BDR Leadership & Customer Insights to ensure they live in crucial client documentation.

Requirements that are a must:

  • You must be authorized to work in the United States
  • You are a Certified Salesforce Admin with a minimum of 2+ years experience
  • You have experience managing the following integrations: Outreach.io, Zoominfo, Gong.io, Hubspot
  • You have at least intermediate Excel skills (think VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).

  • You are a natural project manager and have the capacity to handle multiple projects at once
