Job Title: Revenue Operations Analyst
As a RevOps Analyst at Mud City you’ll be on the frontlines helping our clients stand up, configure, and analyze their Sales Engagement software (Outreach.io). Mud City believes you can’t operate in a blackbox, as such, we always work within our customers ecosystem. You will deploy Mud City system best practice so that we can deliver best in class insights as we scale and build out best-in-class outbound sales engines. As an analytical and scrappy problem solver and self-starter, you will marry data and qualitative information to help sales leadership track and manage our customers' business while also creating crucial visibility for Mud City's clients. You will help build and improve our data and analytics foundation including executive reporting, dashboards, and KPIs. You will be working highly cross-functionally partnering with both our clients and internal stakeholders from sales management, customer insights, and enablement.
