Mud City supports our clients (usually emerging B2B technology companies with an Enterprise Solution) to set highly qualified meetings with their Ideal Customer Profile with an exceptional Outbound Go-To-Market Strategy. We bring Sales Methodology, Customer Insights, Revenue Operations, Revenue Enablement and High Touch BDR Management together to ensure every single BDR is in a position to deliver high-quality, and predictable results that allow our customers to reach their growth milestones.

Job Title: Revenue Operations Analyst

As a RevOps Analyst at Mud City you’ll be on the frontlines helping our clients stand up, configure, and analyze their Sales Engagement software ( Mud City believes you can’t operate in a blackbox, as such, we always work within our customers ecosystem. You will deploy Mud City system best practice so that we can deliver best in class insights as we scale and build out best-in-class outbound sales engines. As an analytical and scrappy problem solver and self-starter, you will marry data and qualitative information to help sales leadership track and manage our customers' business while also creating crucial visibility for Mud City's clients. You will help build and improve our data and analytics foundation including executive reporting, dashboards, and KPIs. You will be working highly cross-functionally partnering with both our clients and internal stakeholders from sales management, customer insights, and enablement.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and implementing best practices with regard to Outreach maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity, as well as ensuring the data is properly funneled into Salesforce.
  • Cultivating analytics and insights from hosted sequences to understand how our campaigns and activity resonate with the buyer, while continually refining our process to convert more prospects.
  • You should have experience with and enjoy building operational models, analyzing large and complex data sets, and improving our processes and tools (e.g., SFDC, Outreach, Hubspot, etc).
  • Continuously benchmark and assess campaign performance, recommend and implement sequence improvements, and iterate and test new sequence strategies.
  • Take strategic ownership of Outreach and be a part of building out a better and more scalable way to deploy this product end to end.
  • Tell the story behind the numbers: Collate and analyze outreach data to provide actionable insights that drive measurable outcomes for our client’s business.
  • Ability to understand, create, and deliver top-quality, audience-appropriate communication.
  • Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales and executive leadership teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience with Salesforce + Outreach
  • SF Admin a plus
  • Outreach Certification
  • Experience cleaning, analyzing, and presenting data
